Chris was such a big help, he was kind and communicative! Like my only complaint is that I like face to face interaction and everything was virtual.....

We’ve been here for about 1.5 years. The price has gone up significantly and I just got notice that my 10x10 will be $167.00 starting in feb. the price has increased every 3ish months since we moved in. Forced into some smart lock for an additional cost, the only place they have carts is the building attached to the office, there are no actual people in the office you do some weird virtual thing which is odd but not a dealbreaker, we have spider webs and dead spiders all over our stuff and we have in indoor unit. Just not good enough for almost 200 a month.

I had to find a reasonable storage unit to move my belongings from another town. I am not able to travel and was able to provide everything over the phone. The rep was kind and efficient and I was able to purchase a secure lock my movers needed to secure my space. All was well with Midguard! I highly recommend their services!

Although the virtual rep was a bit of a surprise, the transaction went very smoothly and wasn’t time consuming. My storage unit was very clean and welcoming and I had no complaints
