This is the first storage unit that I've ever gone too where no person is attending, but this doesn't provide any limitations. The facility is easy to navigate and if you need a physical person, they are available.

Claims to have 24 hours access if you pay extra per month and yet they locked me out when I come after their normal gate hours. Due to my job, I can only come in during after hours or call in late to work. They also got my address wrong after the virtual assistant claimed to understand me. The virtual assistant they got also takes forever to get a hold of. Good luck.
