My new unit was extremely clean, easy to get to and the entire facility was clean, provided several carts for use and easy to get to. The staff was very professional and the processing portion took less than 10 minutes and my unit was ready that date/time as stated. The price was great and saved me money.

the units are clean and inside and climate controlled but i just got an email and my rent went up $23/mo and i have only had this unit 6 months - i really dont think that is fair. so every 6 months my rent will go up $23/month ?? really ??

First day I went the girl was not familiar with property and didn't know which units were which (opened a few but couldn't find size I wanted). Went back to finalize rental the next day, and josh (I think that was his name?) was great. Knew all units, very helpful and easy to finalize rental!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because the flatbed carts are not available to use if the office is closed.

The Storage facility itself is great; excellent security, and pleasant staff--who incidentally--remembered my name--an outdated perk. The availability of a cart to make moving easier was greatly appreciated. The only thing that made navigating in and out of the storage place a bit inconvenient was having to go out and down a few blocks before being able to make a U-turn. Fair price, great location.

Public Storage is very cost-effective place to store your goods! The monthly fee is reasonable, but be aware that there are some other fees to be mindful of. I was required to purchase a special cylindrical lock that I will never be able to use anywhere else. I was also charged a one-time administrative fee. Lastly, they tried to tell me that I was required to purchase their storage insurance for an additional monthly fee, but since I was able to prove to them that my existing insurance company covers storage, I was let off the hook. I got a great deal, but with the additional fees your first month could easily end up costing you quadruple your monthly rate!
